This is a cue that I have been working on for a while and will be finished in two weeks.
I have pretty much stopped making conversions unless I see a blank that is over and above in quality and appearance.
This Dufferin blank is as good as they come.
Straight grain maple forearm with Goncalo Alves lower section. The Goncalo Alves is very highly figured.
The points are extremely close in length.
I suspect this will be a great hitting cue.

Here are the specs...
3/8-10 pin
Juma collar with black ring
Straight grain maple forearm
Goncalo Alves lower section
Juma buttcap with black ring
Cue will come with one old growth shaft with your choice of ferrule and tip.

Can have a bumper or be bumperless with an exposed polished weightbolt.

The weight of the cue should be around 18.5 to 19.0 ounces.

When I hear Goncalo alves I remember one of the many Cue makers I visited and Jerry's wife Laurie still uses this wood in Many many SW cues. Lee is truly on his way to a top tier maker !! making affordable good hitting cues for the New Players to AZ. Don't pass on a cue like this instead of Production crap. If Lee didn't think it would be a player?hustler cue for a more experienced player- I'm convinced,he wouldnt put his blood sweat and tears into it.!!!! and it gets a custom shaft!! mark Bump for Lee
