I sent my cue to lucasi last week for a warrenty claim. Both the shaft and the butt of the cue were warped. Anybody have any experience with lucasi's warrenty program? Ive used Mcdermott's after breaking a shaft during a break shot and they were great but this will be the first for a lucasi. Also, if they decide to replace my entire stick does anyone know if I can pay the extra cost and upgrade it? I was on a budget when i purchased the stick and would like something a little fancier now.
