I think this is the right forum to ask this, does anyone know if Jack Maddens website is active I e mailed a few times with no reply is something wrong thanks.
I had the same result a couple of years ago. I know John was alive and well at that time because he was playing some tournaments. It seems his main outlet for marketing his product was Tommie who passed away recently.
