BCA no longer allows Phenolic tips on Break Cues and Jump/Break cues. Replace your Phenolic cue tip with an Extra hard or Super hard madman cue tip and be legal! These tips are $10.00 each plus shipping and will make you BCA legal.

Extra Hard Jump/Break cue tips are 11 layers. Super hard tips are 9 layers...Thanks..

I put one of Juan's single layer break tips on my purpleheart jump/break shaft. The installer commented on its hardness, telling me when he returned the shaft that the tip machined almost like wood. It's very hard, hasn't mushroomed one iota, and holds chalk just like any other leather tip. Recommended.

Madman Extra Hard is intended for Break Jump Cues. Madman Super Hard is intended for Jump Cues.
