Rod,
Not sure why you have not received the rack since you were one of the first ones to be sent out. USPS already lost 2 packages out of close to 200 racks being sent out. It looks like yours might be one of them. I will resend you a rack today and I apologize for the delay.
 
All 9/10 ball racks were sent on saturday. Everybody that ordered from me should have their racks. 8 ball is shipping today. Have plenty available in stock and for immediate shipping.

Can you advise when mine were sent? Ordered 2-22-2010, for 8, 9, 10 ball racks.
 
ok, so i havent read all the pages of posts, but one question is raised, how thin is this rack<<<< and how much does it affect the game? am i mising something here? ive seen the rack systems with the clear rings and a few other similar types but never seen one of these used?

The rack is 0.14mm thick and has been made to affect the balls to a minimum. In most cases due to the rack giving a tight rack balls rarely stay within the rack area after the break.
The rack comes with a film to protect the rack in the manufacturing process; this film is to be removed when being used. The easiest way to remove the film is with a small strip of cello tape; just rub the tape on a corner of the rack and lift. This will pull up the protective layer, please remember to do this on both sides.
 
We had a 10 ball tournament at Big Dogs this weekend and several of the guys I talked to love it. For the price you can't go wrong....highly recommended.
 
Just received the racks thanks......didn't know about removing the film...still seems pretty thin with it.

Still waiting, on Tuesday last week you were going to send me one that day. Guess that did not happen. My crystal ball does not know either. Geez, get it together.

I do have it together.
This is the 3rd rack I send you.
I sent you another one yesterday by First Class Mail like all the others.
Let me know what happens.
