Magic Rack not holding balls tight

I just received my accu-rack and have the same problem. I'll just mess with it a little and make it work.

I just received my accu-rack and have the same problem. I'll just mess with it a little and make it work.

For Accu-Racks, just as the directions say written on the rack, sometimes you have to roll the balls just a very slight bit forward with your hands / fingers once you load them in. Sounds difficult, but once you get the hang of it, it’s very simple.

I really like my Diamond wood rack. Racks um really nice, easy to lift off because of all the clearance, and most of all, just love the sound. Can't stand those thin, flimsy, and quiet plastic racks on our league tables.
