Making a linnen wrap more stickier - any tricks?

penrose drain, a clear surgical drain 1 1/4" size go to a medical supply store and grab some they usually come in two foot lengths and are a couple of bucks.

nice Tack feel (but not overdone) and they roll on and off super easy. 1 tube can be cut in half so you got two. They are the NUTS

Boy, that's not a good recommendation for Scotchguards intended purpose. It's supposed to give garments and such a little little coating so that dirt and stains don't adhere. Your saying the stuff makes the wrap material (cotton) stickier which means that dirt and such will have an easier way to stick. Oh well.
