Geeze, I love all the man cave rooms. You guys have obviously spent alot of time and money making them the way you want them, you all have my sincere admiration and envy, I can't tell you how much I wish I could put that together.
So I thought about it for a while, I wanted my space to be a place that the girls (I'm the only guy here) didn't necessarily want to be. A place I could cuss, spit, drink, fart, watch TV, listen to what ever I wanted to listen to, and not be polite if I didn't want to, and a place where other guys would feel at home coming to but their wives/girlfriends would say "oh, you're going there? no thanks". I have an old cinder block one car unattached garage that I began to transform, it ain't pretty, but it has a decent older TV, propane heat, it has a 'fridge full of beer, soda and microwave snacks, a microwave, a stereo, a regulation dart board, and most important - it has a pool table. I went out and found the ugliest but sound table I could find, had the cloth, bumpers and pockets redone,and it's level, and plays like a dream. The garage still has power tools and a work bench and I left some spaces that look sorta "spidery" and the girls absolutely refuse to go in there, so I kept my pile of Playboy, Penthouse, and Oui.So while I'd love to sit in some of yours and and play some and maybe have a cold one, mine has turned out to be pretty ok. It's kept off the streets, at home, and it has more than serves it's purpose. My wife knows I play pool and look at my dirty magazines, but she also thinks I'm building shelves or planters or some other such thing, silly wife...

Wow Q protectors, you have quite the room there!
I'll never get to that awesome status since I have to try and blend two passions that dont quite mesh... at least as far as environments go.
This is what i got going on so far:
insulation and sheet rock are planned and the cardboard boxes are filled with cabinetry that will go along one wall. a few things will get moved around, hopefully i can find a matching dryer on the cheap so i can stack the two. make some better space for the table as that beam is in the way of a couple of shots. i have a mini fridge but i would really like to come across a glass bottle dispenser(vintage coke or something) and convert it to beer use.
otherwise this is where i go at the end of the day to forget about how much i hate my job and drink and shoot and work on my bikes.
