Someone was asking about a blade handle for cutting tips on a lathe.
2 1/4" blade with a right hand bevel. A good whetstone will keep this ultra sharp. You might be able to shave with this as well.

Taper jig. Only 23" long, but is this a good rig to fashion a longer one to do sneaky forearms?

I like the blades I may have to try those. I have tried the tina blade and it cuts well but dulls after about 3 tips. By far my favorite are snap offs but those look nice....

I have that taper jig and have been experimenting with it to make a full splice blank.
 
Well thanks Dick, that is certainly much better. I guess with the crappy Canadian exchange rate, I get used to paying without giving it much thought. Even with the USD exchange, this is much cheaper.
