I have a distaste for Marty because of his attitude, language, and use of the bible to justify his slanted views on the world. It's not the colorful metaphors I'm referring to either in the language.
Marty likes to make death threats, and threats of physical harm. He enjoys taunting others, and lies constantly. I'm slightly (when I say slightly, I mean as concerned as a I am about a butterfly flapping its wings in Japan on my scale of import) worried he might harm himself, or be harmed because of his actions. His choice I suppose.
When he insults people I either know or respect, I too will voice the opinion that he is 5 cans short of a 6 pack and should be avoided. That's just called being a friend.

I love this forum, I am on here every day for many years now. There is one thing i have noticed as of late. No matter what section you are on or what post you read there is always at least one person that has to put in a smart ass comment. There is so much negativity on this site it's crazy.
You might not like Marty or agree with what he stands for. But you have to give him credit for what he is trying to do for the game we all love. How many of you guys who are fast to spit out a rude comment are willing to do what Marty is doing. I'm sure it takes a great amount of time, Money and effort to do what he is doing for the game. Be big enough and man enough to give someone a little credit.

Honestly, I feel the same way about that Uncle Fester-looking kook as you do. Thing is, I've actually been the recipient of his craziness (first hand).
All I was saying is that Wedgie sounds pathetic going on angry, incensed rants just because of what Marty said about his "friends". Thats where the 13 year old/pathetic part comes in. It's one thing to be wary of someone that disses your friends. It's pathetic to go on the warpath and *hate* someone cuz he said something bad about a friend, while "you" yourself, have no first hand interactions with said person.
