i stand corrected, the cue is a lil below 58", but longer than 57.5"..

I found the word "Good cue" an understatement. jmo;)

none taken man! mason said he makes them like that because he believes it stiffens up the hit a little and in his/my opinion makes the cue hit a little better. apparently it makes a difference to him so i figured i'd ask if maybe the seller ordered this one to 58"

I, for one, did not take 'poolplayer2093's inquiry as anything but what it was...a valid question, given what is known about Mason's cues.

I cannot stress enough just how important it is to be as accurate as possible with the description. This helps to avoid any controversy after the cue has been received. To some, this 1/2" may be a big deal.

I also happen to believe that it was just a simple oversight on 'weeseng's part. At any rate, it would appear that the cue has been sold, and hopefully the new owner will be very happy with it...by all accounts, Mason makes a bang up playing cue.

Hey Lisa, you're right, it was an oversight by me.. :embarrassed2: i simply thought that it was 58" since it looks like it is an inch shorter beside my 59" cue.. lol

i appreciate poolplayer2093 for pointing that out.. he did the right thing and not only helped potential buyers, but also myself..

btw, i gotta love your avatar! isn't that lisa simpson in the july fourth episode?

LoL...yes, it is Lisa Simpson...but I cannot remember the episode. :blush:

I saw this pic of her, and thought, now that is pretty much me in a nutshell...down to the glasses...LoL.

BTW, congrats on the sale...as soon as Tommy starts breathing again...I think he'll be quite pleased with his new cue.
