I thought that cue was a blast to mess with; and could come in mighty handy in a bar brawl.
I built one per Steven Gellars' specs some time ago. I believe Mr. Geller let Mike Massey hit a couple of balls with it. It was 48" long all together and weighed around 19 oz and was made out of pau ferrou, beautiful wood grain and had a bubble handle to grip it. I think Steve still lives in North Dakota, not sure, but I know he was one of the big boys in the trick shot world back then. It was a lot of work to get that short of a cue to weight that much and did it by running 3/8-16 all thread throughout the whole butt end of the cue and re-tapping it to 5/16-18 for the joint, it turned out good but I'm not interested in building anymore.
I'm sure Schuler still makes them. Although Jacoby is actually doing the production, you should contact Schuler. See
