it is possible yes - although i'm not an expert on the subject.
a simple google search will reveal a lot.

as for which program is the best i don't have a clue because i don't know much about the subject. although i did use camtasia studio once if i remember.

I can download them.
When I put my mouse curser hovering it into the middle of the screen I get a small square on the top right that say "Download video" then I click it and save it into somewhere in my computer, afterward I can just open that folder and click the video watching this game while I'm not connecting to the internet which means the video got downloaded.
doing all that I just used the newest realplayer feature. it is the only windows player that can download online videos such as youtube or any other stream online I guess... so just upgrade your Realplayer if you haven't OR download the final one. I'm unsure if you need to upgrade it to the realplayer PLUS paid one OR the free latest realplayer version. so try both I hope this helps

I just captured a screenshot to make it more helpful for other people aswell 
as you can see in the picture, here I have my mouse hover into the middle of the screen so that "Download video" bottom appeared as you can see. as easy as this Love realplayer for such a great feature imho
