Matchroom.live website says it offers LIVE matches but it does NOT

I am logged into the website of Matchroom-dot-live. It says you can watch a live match. I hit SUBSCRIBE button. I'm willing to pay. It goes nowhere. The match is live right now at the time of this writing, and I cannot see it. What kind of website is this? This is a huge disappointment.

Has anybody had any success watching live matches on Matchroom-dot-live?

Good luck. MR has to be the worst when it comes to answering/handling customer service issues. When Luke was running things(still?) they'd answer FB queries fairly quik. Since EF has started? NADA. I've yet to have ONE FB question answered since she got involved. Is it her fault? Dunno. All i can do is call 'em like i see 'em.
 
Well, on a good note, their Matchroom FB page sent me a message and is looking into it. I sent them screenshots of what I am seeing, and they are going to help. I have hope. :p

Wow. They haven't replied to one FB message of mine in months. I don't think they like people trashing that lame stream platform DAZN. Its a joke.

matchroom.live was originally free. I now pay $2/month. I don't recall any problem when I signed up. Ronnie O'Sullivan is on right now.

Bob, are you watching it live now? I am unable to pay and watch. I've tried numerous times.
 
I go to DAZN and get this message.

I hit the SUBSCRIBE button on Matchroom.live and it goes here, but there is nowhere to pay to watch. I am logged in. When I click the top one, it takes me back to the SUBSCRIBE button. It goes back and forth, and you cannot pay anywhere to watch. Back and forth, back and forth. Nowhere to pay. Nowhere to watch.

My sources tell me Ronnie lost the first match. I guess I can try to get a pirated stream from YouTube. I'm not ashamed to do so either since I am willing to pay.

If using a VPN, try turning it off for 10min, then retry. Sometimes they will prevent Popups.

This has bitten me more than once.... just a thought.

Well, it shows "logout" so you must be logged in. Try going to the home page and you should (eventually) see a "WATCH" button.

Ronnie lost the first frame. He evened up at 1 all with a century. He lost the third and they are playing the fourth now. Best of 7 / race to four.

Bob, I was logged in. The "LOGOUT" is what you click when you want to, well, log out. ;)
 
It's now 2-1, Matthews on top, my sources tell me.

On another note, Judd Trump said table is playing heavy and slow.
 
Matchroom.live contacted me and fixed the problem. I can now watch live matches at the Northern Ireland event. Ronnie is still in it, winning his Round 2 match, 4-2.

I am in snooker heaven. $1.99 for a whole month of snooker. Judd Trump is playing some guy name Gould at the time of this writing. Video is CRYSTAL CLEAR, and the audio is ENGLISH commentary. It does not get any better than this!

Didn't anyone see Ronnie try to pot a red into the corner and jump the cue ball over it? Even the pros do it!
