Material Thickness

I picked some of this burl up the other day and it's cut unevenly. It's completely dry but the thinnest parts are 1.35 " So are these usable or do you think once they are cleaned up that's gonna be too thin - for cues ?

Easily make a forearm and use the thicker stuff for a butt sleeve.
