Ed Young never owed Omega Cues. He was a non entity when Omega was around and it was owned by Ed Boado. Mike, Matt and DPK were the cue makers. Matt worked a little for Joe Gold, but only briefly. When I last spoke to Matt he was restoring high-end antique furniture. Haven't seen or heard from him in couple of years. Contacting Mike Bender in Alaska would be your best bet.

Another update. Not only did Ed Young do tutoring with Kersenbrock during and after the end of Omega, he continued with Ed Young and is (still) with him making cues. I called Ed about identifying the year, approx year my Omega dpk was made since it had the Engraved Omega symbol on top of the pin. Ed said that DPK hand engraved each pin, so that was great news, now its finding what year it was made to show if Mike or Matt made it. Ed said from a collectibility standpoint, this is good news since there were not a lot made with this pin. Thanks for the info everyone. Deacon
