May be forced to sell off my whole shop, better to offer it as a package deal or in parts?

It looks like I may be moving and no longer have room to operate my pool cue shop. While it would be more convenient to sell off the whole works as a package deal, I wonder how much better I would do if I sold it all off in parts but that would take longer and I might end up stuck with some odds and ends. Thoughts on this??

If I sell, I'll be getting rid of the following at a minimum

CueMan Deluxe, loaded, ball screw feed, taper bar system, live threading package, DRO on 3/4 hp motor, extra supports, etc.
Tons of parts for the Lathe,
Tons of tooling for the Lathe, QCTP and lots of tool holders and cutting tools
Gun Drills
Spare Parts
Cue Demon XL CNC with custom extended bed, 24K Water cooled spindle, 4-axis plus additional axis for tapering. All software and computer equipment, UPS, water cooling, etc.
DustRite 2 stage chip/dust collection system
Rikon Air Filtration System
Dewalt Table Saw, Compound Miter Saw, Drill Press
Kregs Router table with Bosch router and precision mount package
2 extra routers
Fair amount of squares, rounds, shafts, etc. in various stages, most exotic woods
Numerous Dial indicators, custom holders, etc.
Chemicals, etc.

Selling the whole lot might be tough.
Cnc routers have terrible resale value.
The cue lathe should sell easily at a fair price.
Good woods sell. Average ones are tough action.
Good woodworking tool brands sell ok.
I wouldn't sell any unless I'm sure I'm quitting.
And I wouldn't keep them if I no longer have the heart to make cues .
I wouldn't keep them if I wasn't making money in cue biz. Unless it's just a losing side gig.
Good luck.
