Maybe a strange thing to see on a pool forum, but will swap fountain pens for cues :)

I doubt there will be much interest, but I thought I may try.

I used to collect fountain pens quite seriously, and still have a collection worth in the region of $35K...

My new passion is pool cues, and I am thinking about liquidating some of the collection. So why not cut out the middle man!!

I have a range of pens by Parker, Mont Blanc, Waterman, Swan, Conway Stewart, Visconti, Sheaffer, Onoto etc etc... Mostly vintage but some very nice modern pens as well. Any interest, drop me a PM.

Cheers

Don't know how much luck you will have but here is something to shoot for your new collection of pool cues. This one remains one of my all time favorite cues. By Richard Black

Patterned after a turn of the century Parker 15 pen, this cue was featured on the cover of Penworld Magazine in their Summer 1990 issue. Richard named it the Parker 2000 because he felt it would be at least the year 2000 before he attempted another piece of this magnitude. The completion of this work of art took over 600 man hours, of which, almost 300 hours entailed the intricate craftsmanship the famed Master Engraver Guillermo Aguayo. The ivory joint is overlaid with 18 K yellow gold and beautifully engraved with the intricate scroll and leaf work that embellished fine firearms and ornamental jewelry of the early 1900's. The wrap area is covered by Moroccan kid leather with inlays of engraved gold bands and an octagonal of mother of pearl ( a feature used so effectively in the Parker 15 pen).

Thanks John,

I have seen that cue before, stunning!! I doubt I will have much luck TBH, but it doesn't cost me much to try...
