Hi Peeps!..need a couple things..I gotz a nice oldie I've had for bout 15yrs. now and finally getting round to making this one right. As with my old Huebler I have for sale on here, my C-18 also has a thin shaft-12.2m.m. So does anyone have a straight shaft that's close to 13m.m. w/ matching rings? Don't wanna have one made from this one cause its too nice to part and well...original to cue. If a junk shaft is out there that has good rings like mine I will buy and have shaft made from those. Also need an original period correct butt cap/bumper from maybe a stick someone wants to part...Previous owner cracked original, and had a local install aftermarket. Well done but want it correct. This model is highly collectible. Deserves to be restored to O.E.M. Not sure if i want to sell in this condition, or invest in it to the way it should be? Haven't contacted Mcdermott yet for an estimate--Kinda scared of how much it would cost from them I guess...A collector on here may have better resources/contacts than me- (I have none really) to bring it back, so I guess some offers as is will be listened to. Cue is not warped (That I cant tell) has a couple small dings,nothing major. Finish is thin, Barely feel points due to this? Looks presentable (I'm picky).A C-18 in 90% condition according to the old Blue Book of cues years ago(haven't seen new one) was @825.00 or so, guess it's more by now? So I think with some restoration-correct parts, this may be a good investment...Nice player the way it is. Pics to show rings I need-
