Selling this for a friend.
First and foremost, this cue is well played and is used. There are dings and knicks in it. The shaft does have bluing and could use a good cleaning.
I had specific weights wrote down but I can't find the paper I had when it was weighed and I still don't have my own scale / calipers. I'll get them if it's really that important for you to have 100% specifics.
The rough estimates I'm pretty sure were:
Butt: ~15.5+ oz
Shaft 3.2 oz
Shaft diameter: 12 MM
It was right at 19 oz total and around 18.5-19" balance I think.
The design is actually fairly cool IMO. I wouldn't mind it as a bar beater. Especially with an original 314.
It's a carved design in the wood, not inlays or a sticker or anything. You can feel it when you rub your hands on it.
When rolled on a table butt rolls 98% straight. Shaft has a roll out in middle. I won't say it's a taper roll because when put together the tip leaves the table 1 credit card or so.
Cue is still very much playable. My buddy who owns it has no problems running out with it and kicking my ass on the table with it.
So if you want a decent enough looking mostly straight bar beater, or new cheap player with an original 314 pre-cat logo shaft I think this is your new cue. He would like me to get Reduced $125 shipped to your door USPS Priority Mail CONUS
PM me or call.
