McGoorty book up for grabs again

It is time for another AZ'er to read it and pass it along. First person to PM me their address will be the recipient. Just put it up for grabs again when you finish it.

This is a verry funny read and will enlighten you on just how much the world's view of pool and billiars has changed.

heyyyyyyyyyyy i thought I had the official AZ McGoorty pass around book. Already went from 1PRoscoe and then Tanner P and Now me...... Im nearly done.... only about 200 pages left :P:P:P

As you like to tell people, "do a thread search".
You will see that 8-ball Rat started this in April with this book. Roscoe was just following in kind. I see no reason to label either book as "official".

It was only a joke. I knew that 8ball-rat's was the first Mcgrooty because I won mine from 1proscoe in that thread.:rolleyes: :cool:

The "Real Deal" book....

....I'm glad to see there are two of 'em!!! Here's what I propose......

Keep both in circulation....each owner giving it to the next in line....and continue to pass the books along until next April.

In April 2007, I think the current owner of each book should take a picture or two of the inside covers, where all the signatures are at. Then we can post a thread about the 2 books' travels....and then continue on.

That, or both books get sent to the same person to take pics...side by side....then distro them out again.

This'll give everyone who's had the books already a chance to see where they've been....and prospective owners a chance to see the same...and then add their own info into them.

This is starting to pan out pretty well, I think. Hope they hold up over time!! :)

As BillYards and I were co-founders of this phenomenal idea....I think we should both get a Murnak, Whitten, or Justis 2x4 out of the deal....just as a small token of "thanks" from the boards!!

Mr. Wilson.....MAKE IT SO!! :)

Haha! Thanks for the shameless plug, Rat! I am glad to see the book continuing the incredible journey... Spraying out rack after rack of booze, bangin', and and billiards wherever it goes...

Wish I had done that, too. (or...wish I had asked BillYards to put "Maryland" under my nickname).

That should be the new format......Name or Nickname, and location.
