Metaphysics of European carom tables

I posted that Olhausen will replicate the features of European table mfgs a few days ago. I think most carom players are encouraged by a U.S. manufacture listening to carom players.

It will be interesting to see how some react. We are such a brand oriented group. I suspect some will feel the European table is still better regardless.

We will see in 3 months when Olhausen introduces their new table.

This is great news for the North American billiard community. I do wonder, however, if they will be buying their slate from Brazil or Italy? Is this known?
