its funny, i was just posting in another thread where another member had what he thought was an 84-3.. which turned out to me a 95 series version of it..
and what fell in my lap yesterday...
a meucci originals 84-3... this is the second addition model that comes with the larger bumper that is standard on all meucci's now.. not the really old rounded bumper..
anyways.. this cue comes with two shafts and meucci joint protectors..
is in very good condition.. has about 4 or 5 small chips in the finish and a small digger..
the finish is immaculate for how old the cue is.. doesnt seem to be discolored or peeling or anything...
shafts seem to be full size also.. i will get a micrometer on it as soon as i can.. shafts also seem to have very slight roll.. which doesnt suprise me for a cue this old.. and they are in dire need of new tips..
also when i looked under the rear bumper.. i found the secret code (inside joke) but there is one in there!!! i shit you not..
pictures are soon to come.. i just wanted to get this thread on here..
just incase nobody knows exactly which cue i am talking about.. here is a pic from budget billiards meucci archive website..
any questions.. please let me know.. i will get pictures up asap.. and i do believe this is a great cue for somebody that wants to collect it..
sold...
cue is the top cue in pic.. same model different stain
