kinda hard to tell from the picture but i'm going to guess it is a Meucci 333-6 Variant I have linked to images at Budgetcues.com for reference.

Though it might be a Meucci APA 5 Variant. Might be neither of these.

I agree.. looks just like the medici version.. those were the ones made over seas..
