Why isn't the Meucci Black dot mentioned when everybody in talking about the low deflection shafts.. Are these good shafts??

I had a Meucci with a black dot for a while. Out performed the predator easily. Wasn't any better than my custom cues, so I sold it. They do have a reputation for warping. I didn't have mine long.
I've used one for some games here and there. A fella on our team shoots with one. Felt sorta whippy and loose like my Ultra X shaft felt, so I dont' really like the feel. Didn't notice alot of difference in deflection, and I could still shoot with it, just didn't like the feel.

I personally know two players that have black dot shafts and both of them love it and swear by it. Only time will tell if they warp or not. I've hit a few balls with one and I liked the hit.

A playing partner has(d) one and the ferule cracked. Sent it to Meucci and they have had it going on 2 years. He has tried to contact them and gets no response. The problem is they wanted the butt also to match the shaft to and he sent it with the shaft.l So he basically lost his cue.
