The new owners (2 guys) are actively involved in the day-to-day of the business. I expect things will turn around. One of the owners and I had a very frank conversation about how the community perceives Meucci. He was well aware and apparently eyes wide open prior to the buyout.

Does this mean the Meucci family is completely out of the business?
Maybe the new owners will design some cues that have more wood then plastic in them.
They are brave buying a company that has a spotty reputation.

Well just got these back from the Meucci repair shop after only four weeks. I think they knocked it out of the park...what do you think?

They look good in the pictures.
Hopefully the new owners will be committed to good service and making quality cues,Meucci's aren't cheap.
