meucci day/night road agent

The meucci black dot shafts( were originally red dot shafts) and those were released in 1999. If you care to argue go look at their website: http://www.meuccicues.com/lectures.html#pointf .

The black dot shaft, and a red dot shaft are not the same at all. Not even close actually. The only things they have in common is that they have the long soft ferrule, and that they are made by meucci.

The red dots shafts a solid maple, and the red dot signifies the "sweet spot", deflection wise on each shaft when it was tested by Meucci.

The black dot shafts are a flat laminated maple shaft, with the dot also signifying the "sweet spot".

The black dot shaft replaced the red dot shaft as the standard meucci shaft, which is why the article is written that way, but the build and technology are totally different.

This is a road agent from 1980s. White butt plate was custom made at that time. The red logo signifies that it was sold to a large distributor "veith" from Germany
I am offering it at $1200

The cue is not from the 80's.
The logo and the shaft are both clear indicators that it is way newer than that.

I'm not trying to bash on the cue, I've always been a Meucci fan, but I want everyone to have good information about the cue.
