Meucci ebay scam

The very first one doesn't seem like a scam. The seller has a 100% feedback rating, but who knows. The other two definitely seem like a scam to me....
 
This has happened to me....

Someone hacked into my account and posted many items that were total junk (not pool cues - perfume I think). Luckily, eBay seems to have a decent handle on this sort of thing, because the listings that were used on my account were pulled within an hour of them being posted. I had to go through a small security process to get my account restored. Well worth it since I have a 100% feedback rating on ebay (cds346). I don't do a whole lot of business on eBay, but I sure would like to keep my positive feedback at 100%

I guess what I am trying to say is, it may not actually be the seller that is listing the fraudulent items, so everyone please don't jump to a conclusion that the lister is the one committing the fraud.
