I was on the hunt for a few of these about four months ago and came up dry. It seems nobody makes them anymore, so I took it into my own hands and will now offer some here. I did sell a few of these on eBay recently and have gotten good feedback about them. I also sent a few of these to Tate as a thank you for helping me out with some cues in the past and he was was very happy with them, as well as Mike Erwin. Here's a great chance for cue repair guys to pick up a few bumpers to stick away for the old Meucci's that occasionally come up. These are dead on .750 in diameter and molded roughly 1.250 long. They will need to be trimmed to length for each individual cue but most cues that I've replaced them on needed about 3/16-1/4 trimmed off the back of the bumper.
The original ones I did had a slight seam line on them from a two piece mold but these are from a new solid mold and there is no seam line anywhere.
I like the looks of these old bumpers, and would love to see a cue maker adapt them to their building technique.
