Meucci Sneaky

curious why you want a meucci sneaky when there are so many quality sneakys on this forum.

Maybe he is kinda like me. I like my sneaky to be very sneaky when I hang around bar. I would rather have it blend in as much as possible with the others. Walk in the bar with a fantsy sneaky and nobody wants to play, LoL.

Plus the Meucci has a very good hit as opposed to other cues. So if it can blend in good and hit a ton. Thats the want I want to bring out to play hehe.

Some say the older ones are the best hitting cues Meucci makes, or made. I do not entirely disagree.....

Here is a sneaky for $100 on ebay as a one day sale.
I am not the seller and do not know the quality of the
cue that will be offered in the sale. Good luck.

Post Note for Danutz below: I agree with the statement about the shaft and the assumption
that it MAY not be a muecci sneaky. That is why I never buy cues on ebay unless they
are confirmed to be the real deal. I have a meucci sneaky that I am keeping and I had to
really do my homework on it before I bought it. Mine has low, uneven points so it looks
nothing like the one above.

Something looks fishy with that cue. Says the shaft is not meucci but looks like someone put a red dot on it. Doubt the butt is meucci either. personally, i'd like it better if the butt was'nt meucci, and the shaft was. Also, i agree with the impaler, the no band meucci sneakies i've owned, had short points too.

Not sure what era is "older", but I have one I bought new in 1989 (production date unknown) and travelled the U.S. with - by far the finest Meucci cue I've ever used or tried (= many, and many of them fancy). Not a secret that I don't like Meucci cues (in terms of how they play, many do look nice, no problem there).

Greetings from Switzerland, David.

I have a Meucci S/P from around 1992. I had 2 other Meuccis that I purchased before that. I liked the way the S/P played so much that I still play with it from time to time. It is still straight with nice tight grain structure in the shaft. I kept it to take into places where I would rather not use one of my more valuable cues. It says a lot that I don't feel like I am stepping down to play with it. Like others, I also preferred the S/P over my other Meuccis, which I do not own any longer.
