No one wants to hurt your feelings. I'll be brutally honest if you must. Its a Moochie. A no point one at that. If the cue was straight & in perfect condition...real money would be about $100. That one has had the ferrule replaced...and not a very professional job from the looks of your picture. The ferrule is shorter than standard and the black line where the ferrule meets the wood tells me the ferrule or wood or both, was not faced off correctly causing the black line/gap. Not trying to bust your balls...just my honest opinion.
 
hi thanks ,i told him i didnt think it was alot to it.i dont care for meucce alot myself,but i told him id put up picks for him to see what yall say.he didnt believe me. thanks jeff
 
It looks like a cue from a series they did in the fall of 1997, Winter of 1998, "the Fall and Autumn Series" - they retailed for only $200, before they brought back the inexpensive European line cues, which are similar. Value - $75 to $100 sounds right.
