Mexican Flag inlay

Hello everyone, I have a question for any cue maker. Is it possible to inlay a Mexican Flag? Say on the butt sleeve or near the base of a forearm? The flags center is very detailed. Or would the detail have to be done in scrimshaw? Let me know if theres a cue maker up for the task. thanks in advance

I saw something similar that pfd studios did. I forget which flag it was but that cue had a flag done on it.

It would be simple

Easy to do, just use a water slide under the finish. If you want it cut out.of wood and inlayed it will be expensive and much more work.

Scrim or inlay will be very expensive, especially inlays. A decal would be the easy way out.

If you spread it over the whole butt sleeve, you might find someone willing to attempt it, but those endmills will have to be superfine!
This might be sacrilege, so I`m sorry if I offend you, but I think a way to get the idea of a Mexican flag across might work if you are willing to think outside the box.
How abouth the outline of Mexico filled in with green, white, red?
I have seen other cues with the outline of the persons state or country, that has looked pretty cool and is much more doable on a cue.

Decals are one option but if it's refinished. It could be gone. If it's something you really want Don't short change it. Mr. Drexler of Pfd is a great choice. Mr. Manzino would be another great choice.

Scrimshaw could also be gone with a refinish. It would take a a real master of inlays work to do it in inlays. The two you mentioned might be up to the task.

2 very good choices for the job have been mentioned. Is the poster prepared to pay for the work?

The answer is in the questions.
Do I really want this?
How long would I like it to last?
Reality or photoshop?
I'm asking myself these same questions on my Elforyn test cue that some of you saw. The colors are silular to the Italian flag colors. The answer is. I don't have an answer yet.

Yes, I’ve already talked to a few Cue Makers after this was posted. The prices I was quoted are what I expected to pay for scrimshaw work
