Mezz EC7 vs. ZZ series

Apologies, but the search engine came up with bupkis.

The ZZ42 and the EC-7 C appear to be awfully similar. I can't detect differences in photos or description. Can anyone who is "in the know" tell me if there's a difference?

I'm with you...I can't tell any discernible difference other than the fact that it would be labeled "EC7" near the butt.

Very similar, other than averaging about $100 difference

I play with an E7 and cannot tell any difference at all. I hit some of the other cues in the line a a Show and could not see or feel much difference at all

I just ordered a ZZ42 that was cheaper than any EC7 I saw. Can't wait.

One thing I did notice is that Mezz USA shows the EC7 with a Kamui soft tip, and the ZZ42s I saw had Kamui Mediums indicated.

I'll likely still throw a Triangle on there, but I liked the idea of the medium better.
