Can anybody tell me how the tournament at Shooters in Olathe, KS went this weekend? I realize it's not quite over yet, but I couldn't make it due to having surgery Friday (bad timing, I know). Thanks

Last I heard the it was down to the final three with James Baraks and Brian Jones playing for winner's bracket & Chuck Ralston waiting to play the loser on the B side.

Thanks for the info guys! I appreciate it! I heard there was only about 80 players on the men's side for the 9-ball... Kinda weird, we usually have a waaaay better turn out than that. I also heard Jimmy Wetch was/is there and played Jesse Bowman for $$$$$ 1-Pocket and drilled Jesse. I guess they are supposed to play again (today/tonite?) It is all hearsay though, i haven't stopped in and heard confirmation on any of that.

Was at Olathe on Friday night. Finals of one pocket Brian Jones from Oklahoma won. Jesse Bowman was playing Jimmy Wetch one pocket with it going back and forth. When I left Jimmy Wetch was one game up. Was back Sunday night and Brian Jones defeated James Baraks in the bar table finals of nine ball.

Pool players never lose their backers just run out of money.

I believe Josh Johnson is another of the one to add to the list of the players out of East Moline.

He was featured in BD a few months back. I was watching him play at the Osceola casino last year. He has one hell of a break and shows no fear. A friend of mine was playing him and my friend pretty much gave up before the match started...nice to have one's reputation helping the win rate.
