I don't think so. The light prong wood is curly maple. Some may call it tiger maple but not I as the curls aren't distinct enough to be called tiger. The blandest figured maple is usually called curly, more intense with a combination of larger bars and smaller is tiger and the most intense with many smaller size and very intense, distinct curl, is fiddle back. The darker wood can't really be discerned without having it in your paws as different monitors give different shades of colors but it sort of looks like Pink Ivory or purple heart or maybe even red heart.

i was only stating that the listing said it was tiger maple. my obsvervation was the lighter wood was a maple as well, but i agree it looks like curly maple

thanks guys, i was wondering about the forearm cause i usual see curly maple in a lighter shade,as for the dark wood my first guess was paduk but i wasn't certain.

I was thinking Padauk as well, only because I have a Dufferin barstick that has similar striping throughout.

Hello, nice win, the cue is a Bubinga butt and points going into curly maple with bubinga box rings.
Thanks
