Yes, I made this cue, the butt is to Southwest spec's along with a 3/8X11 joint screw. The shaft with the ivory ferrule was made after the cue was completed and delivered. The weight can be lowered, it has a set screw in the bottom of the butt, 3/8X16. I Hope this helps.
