When she wants to go,

I've had a number of heart surgeries and been cut up a ton of times. If you're anything like most people you're going to be hyper sensitive to every heart flutter, palpitation, rush of adrenaline and any little heart related pump or bump you can think of. Don't let those things freak you out. Its normal to be hyper aware of every little thing after something like this.

The fact is all those things probably happened before and you just never noticed it.

Even something relatively safe like an ablation had me extra aware of every little abnormal heart beat. All normal of course.

Wish someone had told me that. Not sure if it'll help but a doctor told me to get out of my own head unless it was something massive happening.

Took me about a month to not be so sensitive about it.
