Milled Hardwood Veneers

So they are not one piece veneers, and they are not double milled? I wonder what other ways there are to get the desired results? Kind of interesting. Now it seems like I am gonna have to find out...

OK, Joe, here's what I understand so far. They are not "L" shaped and they are not re-milled. Is this right so far?

I once knew a cuemaker who has passed away now who soaked his veneers in a stool softener that made them flexible. He would bend them and press them into his v-groove without cutting any miters. I am thinking about trying that, but making a perfect 90 degree v-grooved press and press them in it and allow them to dry like that. Not sure what the results will be but I am curious. I wish I could remember exactly what he said he soaked them in. He also cut all of his point grooves with a radial arm saw.
