Does anyone cut their own rails?

I am looking for a good way to do this using either a router table or a hand-held plunge router. Stock will be 1.5" poplar, so I need to be able to cut a 27 degree bevel for K-66 cushions.

You CAN'T put K-66 rail rubber on 1 1/2" thick rails...not if you expect it to play right when you're done! If you don't listen to me, don't say I didn't warn you first...because I guarantee you won't like the way it plays when you're done.
