Minneapolis pool scene?

I'll be in Minneapolis the week of Nov 10th for business and should be free in the evenings. I did a search and found the best pool hall for some "friendly" action is Shooters. I'll be staying about 6mi north of this location, so it should be good.

Any other/better recommendations?

Jimmy Wetch owns Jimmie's Pro Billiards - if I remember right it's right in the city. However, last I knew Shooter's was the place to go for action. It's a nice room!

Check out MNBilliards.com. They have a list of weekly tournaments at various rooms.
 
Shooters has pretty good food too. However, if you go during the week be prepared because there have been quite a few places that have closed around there so Shooters has a lot of leagues playing so the place might be busy. I'm sure they save some tables for non-league playing, but it'll probably still be busy (they have 64 tables total). I think the waitress said either Tuesday or Wednesdays are busy league nights.

If you go to Jimmy's, there's no alcohol, but a friendly little pooch running around to greet you and Jimmy was pretty friendly too.

If you're looking for action, there are tables reserved for money games. Leagues or not. Day and night.
