minor rust on weight bolt

should i worry bout this ?the dealer has a jump break kaiser cue for bout 80 bucks ,i like it cuz it has a long thick wood joint ,it wieghs 17 ounces, so i asked him to change the bolt and wen he removed it i noticed some rust ,should i be concerned bout a moisture issue?? it wasnt warped...

i'm afraid moisture is in the air you breathe. don't worry about it.

the weight bolt most likely was rusted BEFORE being placed in the cue.it was probably made of regular steel and not covered with a rust preventative whcih doesn't matter one bit..your cue i am sure is fine..
