On DAZN Coverage for the US Open we see this ash snooker shaft complete with dented brass ferrule and badly mushroomed tip.

Feels like seeing a badminton racket shown for the US Open Tennis.

Am I over thinking?

It may be a little nitpicky. To me it's definitely a lack of attention to detail. But you can't argue the coverage/publicity pool is getting right now. I just saw this article on ESPN:

I agree it's missing some detail. Don't need to raise a stink but perhaps a gentle reminder to DAZN that this would not be considered the proper equipment for the game.

Just for further context it is ESPN Asia which is nice but pool gets promoted over there anyway. Now if it is on ESPN in the states, that would be more of an acheievement. I searched the US ESPN site & it is not there.
