Miscue Foul

If you miscue unintentionally it is not a foul. If you make the ball anyway, do you continue to shoot or is it a foul?

I am thinking particularly of times when you are trying to put extreme draw on the CB but accidentally miscue and scoop under it and it leaves the table before striking the OB. Obviously, if you jumped an interfering ball in the process this would be a foul, but what about if there is no ball in the way and you still make the shot?

Yes, as long as the miscue is unintentional and no other foul is committed in the process (e.g., clearly evident double hit, or an illegal "scoop" jump shot). Again, see the miscue foul resource page for more info and examples.
