Watched the 2005 BCA today also, what about Mitch Lawrence, watching his love of his life go down to the all great Karen Corr. Man i would be cussing putting down my girls opponent, Not just playing but i did feel sad for him and her hehehe. Karen defeated Ewa Lawrence earlier that week he said 9-0 then almost did the same thing to her on the spot light 7-1. Cole.
 
The majesty of the moment is something that really needs to be considered to truly understand why nobody there was too disheartened.

Ewa had recently been inducted into the BCA Hall of Fame and was playing in the TV round of the BCA open. Many, including me, surely reckoned she'd already seen her last TV round appearance in a WPBA rankings event.

For me, and others in attendance who remembered Ewa from when she first came to America in the early 1980's as a late teen, it was a very emotional day.

That Ewa ran into a great player in great from did little to detract from Ewa's truly shining moment. What a great day it was in Vegas, a day to reflect on and celebrate a great career and and a great woman.
 
Ewa has always had lot of class. She brought much to the game and that is why we are talking about her and not some slug like like you. Get a life.
