Mitered Box veneer fixture
Some time ago i made a fixture to do mitered boxes it did a great job and i had some interest.... now i am going to make a few of these jigs and i am posting a picture of the finished product.
this is how it worked
last night it took 10 mins to glue up veneers
today i set the jig up 15 mins
cut and glued veneer boxes 10 mins
sliced off 4 pieces less then 1 min using band saw with fence
wrote program to do pockets and parts after measuring them 15 mins
cut 4 pockets in birdseye 15mins
inserted all parts light press fit 5mins
turned down to size and sanded then drill 3/4hole thru 5mins

i am not trying to say rush anything but this whole process is fairly easy to do in a short time i posted some key chains i did over a year ago they look as good as the day i did them time used wisely and being productive is the only way to make any product and make a profit
to do this you will need a table saw blade i sell and this fixture i am looking at another source for the blades with a possible lower price so i can make it even more affordable fixture for table saw will be 300.00 you can also use this fixture to do veneers for your points this one fixture will do it all thanks for looking .....lee
this will comewith a step by step video showing the boxs and the veneer points just ask doug patrick he has one of my blades among mant others

Boxes and Points

Lee, is this jig an all inclusive jig. What I mean is, does it cut veneers for both the points as well as boxes?
