I've had 2 offers to buy this cue. I won't bore you with the details other than to say one guy paid thru paypal and they froze my account. I got p*ssed at paypal and told them to reverse the payment. It's taken me quite a few PMs and phone calls to finally get ahold of the buyer, he was uncomfortable in sending me the money (HEY...CHECK MY ITRADER WILL YA???). I offered to use an escrow service, and I gave him two choices, Bill Grassley from Cornerstone Cues or Marcus FAST_N_LOOSE. I went so far as to offer to have the escrow (whichever he chose) hold payment until he received the cue, gave it a thumbs up, and then send me payment. He chose neither and now that I thoroughly feel like I've been jerked around, the cue is up for sale, AGAIN...
The price is $5500 and no trades please.
This is THE CUE listed on Indyq.com's website at $8500...
Cue vitals:
Everything white is ivory, ebony forearm with 8 ivory pts, 4 high, 4 low, with the butt sleeve being the same with a single silver veneer. This cue has a lizard wrap. One shaft is test hit, the other is new.
Butt 15.5 oz
Shaft 1 3.7 oz 13.16 mm
Shaft 2 3.8 oz 13.19 mm

This is a really outstanding Capone being offered by one of AZ's best.
Sorry to hear about the troubles, Terry.

Thanks Chris, I appreciate it.
It's just a little frustrating to have worked hard
to build a good reputation and then to have
someone hesitate to buy a cue when you've
also given them a couple of options to use
an escrow service with either Bill Grassley
of Cornerstone Cues or FAST_N_LOOSE. I
just don't get it. I guess that person wasn't
that serious about buying the cue in the
first place. :shakehead::shrug::scratchhead:

But I do appreciate your support, and believe
me, it doesn't go unnoticed...Thank you Sir...

My bet is that they werent serious and had second thoughts.

I just wish people would just be honest and say so.

Oh well,

Ken

Thanks Ken,
I agree with you about the guy
having second thoughts. He paid
me via paypal and then they froze
my account and I asked him to pay
me via an escrow service, and that's
when he backed out of the deal. :scratchhead:

This would make an awesome Christmas gift
to your husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend, or just YOUSELF!!!

I knew this cue looked familiar. I played league once with a guy who has a copy of this cue from the phillippines. Not cool I know. But I'm sure he paid a FRACTION of the price. All ivory too.

I'm sure it's a FRACTION of the quality too!!!
