Moon Cutter

I finally decided to buy a 90 degree cutter to try out some points and they somehow got confused and sent/charged me for 2.

I contacted Moon and of course it is now the weekend, so I won't know anything until Mon.

Regardless, if anyone wants to buy the "extra" one, I will happily sell it for exactly what I paid.

If you spent less than this, please don't chime in. I'm not trying to make any money and if noone is interested I have to assume they will take it back.

122.00 plus whatever shipping

It is 2.25 x 2.25 18t HSS 90 degrees with a Weldon flat.

Here is a pic

What is the shank size and how many rpm's is it rated for?

2.25(diam) x .75(vertical width of cutter) x .785(shank)

It doesn't say what rpm it is rated for, but since it is designed for a mill I have to guess 4k plus.

I bought the biggest diameter to effectively increase the cutter speed.

If you are happy about how well the cutter works, keep it as a spare when the other one goes for resharpening.

I would, but can't afford to right now. Carbide Saw is about 100 yards from my house as well, so I don't really have to wait long to get any work done.

They are GREAT people and suggest their services to everyone.

To Joey: don't show up without calling, now that you know where(kinda) I live.

:)
