Moral dilemma. What would you do.

The scary thing is that you know the guy is doing something illiegal...just your knowledge of the crime and you not doing something about it make you an Accessory to the fact. Which in most states is punishable by time in jail or a hefty fine. I wouldnt have posted that i had knowledge of the crime. I buy tapes from pat all the time and his service is amazing. I dont think its fair to him to have this done. You kinda were faced with a private delima that really should have been settled on your own in private ...but posting it here now forces you to make a decision. If you dont then you pose to be just as guility as the guy making the copies...

I would not violate the comradeship & generousity I have enjoyed in the pool community by engaging in complicity with the theft of intellectual property any more than I would buy a cue likely to have been stolen from some hard working player.
