Isn't the "U.S. Open 9-Ball Championship" title kind of a patented title of Barry Behrman's U.S. Open 9-Ball Championship and thereafter sold to Matchroom? Just curious. Reminds me of when the word "world" used in a 14.1 tournament was challenged some years back.
