Mosconi Cup - Bad winners are worse thn bad losers.

There has been talk of matching up the European team against an Asian team, but nothing about this REPLACING the Mosconi Cup. Seperate event, different name, and until the USA get their act together, probably a more competitive match up.

To the OP, never let the truth get in the way of an interesting story!

correct me if i'm wrong but am i correct in saying that we scratched (not counting the break) 6 times while team euro did NOT scratch

tia

No. Pocket scratches (other than on the break) numbered 7 for Team USA and 2 for Team Europe:

Match 1. Ouschan on a kick in Game 7.
Match 2. Van Boening on a kick in Game 2.
Match 3. Dechaine on a jump in Game 7.
Match 8. Dechaine on a missed shot in Game 6.
Match 11. Woodward on a made shot in Game 6.
Match 12. Woodward on made shot in Game 5.
Match 12. Woodward on a made shot in Game 9.
Match 13. Bergman on a kick in Game 1.
Match 13. Appleton on a kick in Game 4.

Shouldn't you be making blueberry jelly or something?

OK, Blue Jam.....
The Europeans are right - We suck and they are God.

Is that what you want me to say?

Over and over and over they said the Americans can't hang with them so they have to go to Asia. (..... and just minutes after the Mosconi Cup. It was the most disrespectful display of "kick the dog" I have ever witnessed).

That's fine - stay in Asia and stay the hell out of America!

Flag AWAY..

Sometimes, the dog NEEDS kicking. Jus' sayin'.

Its not anyone's but our fault when we scratch on the break , it just means our break suck.

Theres a reason how good players become world champs, they BREAK GOOD !

both euro scratches were as a result of being in kicking traps

3 of our scratches were as a result risking a scratch for shape instead of settling for a more difficult shot which worked very well for team euro...lets live and learn

winning match of the 2015 event, i think

Crap!! TIme warp :)

I was watching this match the other night. 45 year old brain is starting to fail me!

Thanks for pointing out my error. It does go to show, though, that sometimes the end handshake does get missed. And I consider Albin a pretty good sportsman. They still shook hands a minute later.
